Call ahead or stop by, and tell Dean what’s going on — how long you expect to need the chair, who’s using it, and how soon. Next-day delivery is the dependable bet for rentals, and same-day sometimes works out if we have the model in stock. It’s worth asking directly rather than assuming either way.
Every rental chair, like everything else on our floor, is new — never used, never resold. You’re not renting someone else’s worn-out equipment; you’re renting from the same inventory we sell.

Delivered, Set Up, and Demonstrated — Every Time
A rental chair doesn’t do much good if it shows up in pieces with no instructions. Dean personally delivers most rentals, assembles the chair on site, and shows whoever’s going to be using it — patient or caregiver — exactly how the brakes, footrests, and folding mechanism work before he leaves.
